Reddick filed an internal affairs complaint Tuesday against Vincent Gericitano, the president of the Tampa Police Benevolent Association. Following in the footsteps of other localities around the state and the country, the Tampa City Council has approved on first reading a proposal to reduce the penalty for possession of small amounts of marijuana.
