Everyone knows about the Presidential Preference Primary March 15, but not as many know there are a bunch of municipalities packing ballots with local candidates as well. Clearwater minister accused of aiding in tax scam

A Clearwater minister has admitted to cashing $755,900 in tax refunds that were received using stolen identities. The Tampa Bay Times reports 56-year-old Sylvester Banks Jr. is expected to plead guilty to theft of government funds during a first appearance hearing in Tampa on Wednesday. The Tampa Bay region leads the southern U.S. in job demand. According to the online job posting and search site, ZipRecruiter, the Tampa/St. Pete/Clearwater area ranked number one among cities in the “Sunbelt.” Tampa Bay is ranked with a +140.0 hiring demand index measured by relative monthly job growth across the entire country.
