FSU running back Dalvin Cook wants speedy trial
Dalvin Cook, FSU‘s speedy running back, has filed a motion for a speedy trial. Cook, who is charged with misdemeanor battery for allegedly striking a woman in a parking lot, would like to go to trial almost immediately to prove his innocence, attorney Ricky Patel has said.
