Dali Museum kicks off SPF 15 with party tonight

St. Pete’s SPF 15 arts and culture celebration officially kicks off this evening at the Dali Musuem with a celebration beginning at 7 p.m. Events will be occurring throughout the month of September at various spots around the city.
