Late word from the City Clerk’s office says that Angela Rouson, husband of state Rep. Darryl Rouson, has picked up candidate paperwork to run for the District 5 seat on the St. Petersburg City Council. A member of the Housing Authority and one-half of one of Tampa Bay’s most influential couples, Rouson would be a formidable candidate in the race.
