A St. Pete City Council committee unanimously approved taking a closer look at implementing a civil citation program for adult marijuana offenders. Injured Tampa Bay Bucs’ defensive tackle Akeem Spence has been suspended for a game for violating the league’s drug policies. Spence’s suspension follows  his marijauna arrest in January of 2014.
