Chief academic officer resigns from Hillsborough County schools

The chief academic officer of Hillsborough County Public Schools resigned Wednesday, reports Marlene Sokol of the Tampa Bay Times. Elizabeth Agresta resigned her post due to personal reasons according to district spokeswoman Tanya Arja. Superintendent Jeff Eakins accepted Agresta’s resignation and extended his best wishes.
