On Thursday, Gov. Rick Scott announced 17 appointments to a variety of Florida university boards. Each of the following are subject to Florida Senate approval. Florida International University Board of Trustees Scott began by naming Marc Sarnoff to the Florida International University Board of Trustees. Gov. Rick Scott fired up his appointment pen on Thursday, announcing 20 names to a variety of state regulatory boards. All of the following appointments are subject to confirmation by the Florida Senate. Board of Pilot Commissioners Scott named Michael Jaccoma to the Board of Pilot Commissioners, which is responsible for licensing and regulating harbor pilots.
