A South Florida man arrested for killing a Florida State University law professor is now being held in a Tallahassee jail. Sigfredo Garcia from Miami Beach was arrested last week in Broward County in connection to the death of Daniel Markel. Garcia on Wednesday was handed over to Leon County authorities.
