FSU ranks 7th in nation in paying assistant coaches

Sometimes, it pays to be an assistant football coach. Just ask the staff of FSU coach Jimbo Fisher. FSU is seventh in the nation when it comes to paying its assistants, according to a survey by USA Today, even though individually, a Seminole assistant isn’t one of the higher paid coaches.
