With a little more than a week before the run-off election in Tampa’s District 7 City Council race, attorney Luis Viera has now raised more than $100,000 in his bid to succeed Lisa Montelione. Viera faces Jim Davison in the December 6 special election, and the latest public poll shows Davison leading Viera, 42 percent to 35 percent.
