Hillsborough County Commission Chairman Les Miller and his wife, former Tampa City Councilwoman Gwen Miller, are backing Democrat Rena Frazier in the HD 59 race. Frazier, a Brandon-based attorney, is running in a competitive Democratic primary against Brandon-based school teacher Naze Sahebzamani on Aug. 30. Frazier has raised more than three times as much campaign cash as Sahebzamani has in the campaign.
