Kathleen Ford announcement disrupted by homeless
The speech was over before it began. That was how quickly Kathleen Ford spoke on the steps of City Hall. With about twenty-five supporters in attendance, Kathleen had to cut her remarks short as homeless protesters began to gather to protest the Ford campaign.
