According to exclusive poll results obtained by this blog, Pasco School Board member Kathryn Starkey has a narrow advantage over Richard Corcoran and Fabian Calvo in the Republican primary for House District 45. Starkey leads Corcoran and Calvao 28% – 21% – 15% according to this poll taken on March 17 & 18 and has a margin of error of 4.9%.
