Incumbent Thom Barnhorn is the clear winner when it comes to raising funds to run for re-election to the Seminole City Council. Barnhorn has raised $6,255, according to the latest filings with the Seminole city clerk’s office. Jim Quinn, the other incumbent in the race, has raised $3,250.
