Prominent lawyer Jack Day is contacting supporters to let him know that he intends to run for the new Circuit Judge seat created by the Legislature. Day had originally said he would run for County Judge, but changed his mind probably because a woman has filed in both of the newly created County Judgeships; women have won 17 of the last 19 competitive judicial races.
