The chair of the Constitution Revision Commission has told commissioners an internal “working group” will finalize the body’s operating rules by early June. The Florida House of Representatives’ new Republican Conference Rules should “end divisive intraparty races for leadership positions,” incoming Majority Leader Ray Rodrigues said Monday.
