St. Petersburg now has a fresh batch of “Good Burgers.” On Thursday, the St. Petersburg Area Chamber of Commerce announced winners of the 4th Annual Good ‘Burger Awards. Has Saturday Morning Market lost its home?

A rumor circulated around the Saturday Morning Market that its organizers would have to find a new home next year as the parking lot at Al Lang Stadium would not be available. Speculation is that Mayor Rick Baker has a plan for the site but will not reveal it until June. However, if the Saturday Morning Market is in jeopardy, the 10,000 visitors the event attracts might want to know sooner rather than later what’s the deal.
