Police in St. Petersburg say a water main leak likely caused the partial collapse of a building and a large hole in an abutting street. The building in downtown St. Petersburg was unoccupied when the wall collapsed Thursday morning. No injuries were reported. Police say the city’s water department is working to fix the leak.
