Thom Barnhorn, Jim Quinn win re-election to the Seminole City Council
After two recounts and a wait for the overseas ballots to come in, the Seminole election results became official Friday. Thom Barnhorn was the top vote-getter with 4,549, or about 37.7 percent of the ballot. Jim Quinn came in second with 4,302, or about 32.8 percent of the vote.
