There’s a colorful new attraction at Walt Disney World in Florida. Colortopia is an interactive exhibit about color theory, psychology and perception, located at Innoventions in Disney World’s Epcot area. SeaWorld ticket prices increase for single-day admission

SeaWorld Orlando is increasing its single-day admission and parking prices. The Orlando Sentinel reports that adult prices for theme park admission rose by $2 to $99 on Monday. Tickets cost $94 for children younger than 10. Discounts are available when purchasing advance tickets online. The park also announced that parking costs will by $1 to $18. Woman died after riding Disney’s Space Mountain

Records show that a woman died after riding Walt Disney World’s Space Mountain this past summer The Orlando Sentinel reports that 55-year-old Pamela Lynn Haynes of Kingsport, Tennessee, lost consciousness after getting off the ride in July. A report recently filed with the state of Florida says the woman was taken to a nearby hospital, where she died. Disney raises prices on Walt Disney World passes

Walt Disney World has revamped its annual and season pass system, raising their prices and making changes. Multiple media outlets report that Disney has increased prices, with the passes including new benefits, such as free parking for annual pass holders. Disney now sells two passes with blackout dates, with the pricier one allowing people to visit more days. The $329 seasonal pass is now gone. Instead there are gold and silver passes, costing $389 and $549, respectively for Florida residents.…

Downtown Disney gives way to Disney Springs

Downtown Disney has become Disney Springs and the popular Walt Disney World complex is also getting a new look. The name change was made officials during a ceremony on Tuesday at Waterview Park next door to Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar, which has an Indiana Jones-theme. On Wednesday, a new restaurant, Morimoto Asia, opens to the public.
