Craig Latimer, candidate for Hillsborough County Supervisor of Elections, today announced the endorsement of the Tampa Police Benevolent Association.

The Tampa PBA, which represents over 1,000 law enforcement officers in the City of Tampa, joins the Fraternal Order of Police, State Lodge and District 3 Lodges, and the West Central Florida Police Benevolent Association, in endorsing Latimer.

Craig Latimer is himself a former first responder, having  spent 35 years with the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s office before retiring as a Major in 2008.

“I know how dedicated, brave and committed our law enforcement professionals are, and I am so proud to receive their endorsement,” Latimer said.  “I will continue to serve our community as Supervisor of Elections with their same values of integrity and responsibility for the citizens of Hillsborough County.”
