USA Today makes its latest bowl game predictions for Florida teams

Yes, there will be bowl games. No, they will not be particularly prestigious ones.

USA Today has looked at the upcoming bowl field, and it has predictions for the teams from Florida based on the latest results.

It has Florida playing against Memphis in the Peach Bowl in Atlanta on Dec. 31. That would put the Gators’ highly regarded secondary against Paxton Lynch of the Tigers.

It has FSU and Dalvin Cook playing against Oklahoma State in Orlando on Dec. 29. The Cowboys are currently 8-0 and ranked 12th.

It sees Miami playing Central Michigan in the Quick Lane Bowl in Detroit on Dec. 28. Central has won four of its last five.

It has USF playing Georgia Southern in the Cure Bowl in Orlando on Dec. 19. Georgia Southern is currently 6-2.
