USF gets new duds, now tries not to turn into one

At least the South Florida Bulls will be dressed for success.

USF introduced its new uniforms this week from Under Armor, snazzy new green and gold color combinations with colored shoulders and striping on the sleeves. The Bulls now have five separate helmets they can wear with their uniforms.

Will it help the Bulls’ win? Maybe not as much as the 13 returning starters who are back for coach Willie Taggart. Returnees account for 73 percent of the team’s tackles and 100 percent of the rushing total and 50 percent of its receivers. However, USF struggled last year, and predictions for this season have not been lofty  in the AAC.
