in Sports/Top Headlines by

The FSUFlorida football game should be good for a while yet.

With two weeks to go until national signing day, the website 247sports.com has the Seminoles of Jimbo Fisher and the Gators of Jim McElwain neck and neck in college recruiting. The Seminoles are fourth in the country and the Gators fifth coming down the stretch.

Fisher has always recruited well. However, this will be McElwain’s first full recruiting season, so fans will be interested to see how he does.

Ohio State, LSU and Michigan are the top three schools so far.

Other schools in the state include Miami (18th), USF (62nd), UCF (83rd), Florida Atlantic (84th), and FIU (104th).

Rivals.com has Florida fifth, FSU seventh, Miami (18th), USF (59th), FIU (75th), Florida Atlantic (80th) and UCF (92nd).
