UCF coach Scott Frost has nice first recruiting class for Knights

in Sports/Top Headlines by

Dredrick Snelson, a talented receiver from Fort Lauderdale, led the first recruiting class of new UCF coach Scott Frost Wednesday.

Snelson, a one-time Minnesota commitment, preferred the Knights in the end.

UCF also signed offensive lineman Aaron Dowdell and JuCo defensive end Chris Mulumba.

For Frost, it was important to get off to a quick start as the UCF coach. The team finished 0-12 a year ago. Quarterback McMenzie Milton is in intriguing prospect.

The website 247sports.com ranked UCF with the 62nd-ranked class in the country.
