PSTA CEO Brad Miller in hot water again over misuse of Homeland Security grant

With just two weeks until the election PSTA CEO Brad Miller is in hot water again over use of a federal grant to promote a ballot referendum that would greatly increase funding for the agency he runs. South Miami City Commission calls on South Florida to secede

The City Commission passed a resolution 3-2 last week in support of “South Florida” being its own state.
