According to the latest poll, House District 65 voters could be prepared to oust Democratic incumbent Carl Zimmermann and add another conservative to the already crimson Legislature. A St. Pete Polls phone survey of 655 likely voted shows GOP hopeful Chris Sprowls with a razor’s edge lead over his school teacher opponent 50 percent to 46 percent. HD 63 incumbent Mark Danish faces double digit deficit in latest poll

House District 63 candidate Shawn Harrison has nabbed a 13-point lead over incumbent Mark Danish, according to a recent St. Pete Polls survey of 398 likely voters. Harrison, a Tampa attorney, leads his Democratic opponent 53 percent to 30 percent; 7 percent of respondents were undecided. District 63 covers Tampa and other parts of Hillsborough County.
