Gus Bradley will be back in Jacksonville in 2016

in Sports by

Despite another season with double-digit losses, Jaguars owner Shahid Khan confirms in a statement on Tuesday that Gus Bradley will coach Jacksonville in 2016.

“It’s evident to see how far we’ve come in many aspects of our game,” Khan wrote, “and Gus deserves a lot of credit for that progress.”

That said, Khan expects “considerable work” to be done, so that the Jaguars are “well above where we stand today.”

Khan expects the coaching staff and team to “respond favorably” to this news as they get ready for the season finale against Houston.

“We have high ambitions,” the statement continues.
