Mac Stipanovich, Katie Webb locked in tight first-round TallyMadness battle

in Apolitical/Top Headlines by

The tenth-seeded Mac Stipanovich is out to a narrow lead over #7 seed Katie Webb in the first round of this year’s TallyMadness online voting tournament. The wily veteran is up 51.2 percent to 48.8 in the early going, two days after polls first opened.

But Webb and Stipanovich, both of whom represent major Orlando theme parks, know well what a roller coaster this time of year can be – and how often the improbable wins the day in Tallahassee.

Will The Knife carve a path torward to TallyMadness greatness, or will Webb the favorite blunt his championship aspirations in the opening round? Find out Wednesday when the votes are tallied, so to speak, and the Round of 32 is introduced.

Voting continues at TallyMadness.com from now until midnight on Tuesday, March 31. Like the old Porkchoppers used to say, vote early and vote often!
