A deputy director for the Hillsborough Supervisor of Elections is winning the fundraising race for the District 1 at-large seat on the Pinellas County School Board. Matt Stewart, who is also an adjunct at St. Petersburg College, has raised $9,754 in cash and in-kind contributions as of April 30, when the books closed on the latest campaign reports.
