Eight years ago, comedian Chris Rock cracked jokes in East Tampa on the Saturday before the election to drive out voters to support Barack Obama three days later. This time around, rocker Jon Bon Jovi will be performing in Tampa, trying to entice voters to the polls to vote for Hillary Clinton.
