Some 600 people lined the sidewalk leading to the shuttered Pier to grab a piece of history during a two hour rally aimed at honoring the Pier’s past while celebrating its future. St. Pete officials say curbside recycling is exceeding expectations, looks to add more flexibility

St. Pete Mayor Rick Kriseman is updating residents on the contentious rollout of universal curbside recycling in his weekly SUNblast newsletter sent to subscribing residents.
