Saint Petersburg Preservation will be hosting a Mayoral Candidate “Summit” on historic preservation on Wednesday, July 29th, 7 PM, at Studio 620, 620 1st Avenue South. Topics to be addressed include better ordinances to encourage preservation, landmarking of the Detroit Hotel, heritage tourism and tours, and the economic benefits of historic preservation.
