What does Charlie Crist stand for? His website says a lot…

After a weekend in which Charlie Crist earned the endorsement of Florida’s teachers, but not the AFL-CIO, and saw him position himself to go after the backing of the Sierra Club, even the governor’s most ardent supporters have to wonder what will Crist not do to gain a political advantage.  Crist is certainly enjoying his newfound Independent status, but have his core beliefs changed? Pinellas teachers to stand with Charlie Crist during Thursday announcement

From the Gradebook: Expect to see teachers alongside Gov. Charlie Crist when he appears at St. Petersburg’s Straub Park Thursday at 5 p.m. The longtime Republican is expected to announce his intent to run for U.S. Senate as an independent. Robin Haines, assistant to the Pinellas Classroom Teachers Association president, said at least 15 local teachers will be on stage with the governor. And countless others will participate from the audience.
