The Tampa Bay Times is drawing attention to a possible hang-up for bike share aspirations in St. Pete: Seattle’s program is saddled with debt. That’s a scary prospect, indeed. St. Pete City Council approves seed money for ferry service

St. Pete City Council members approved $350,000 for ferry service that would connect downtown St. Pete to Tampa. The funding comes from money the city was awarded as part of the BP oil spill settlement.
