Jack Latvala, a Republican candidate for Senate District 16, will be attending Off the Record Political Happy Hour on Friday. The event is Datz Deli – MacDill & Bay to Bay and begins at 6:00 p.m.

Russ Patterson, a Democratic candidate for House District 60, will be canvassing for petitions on Saturday. His volunteers will be meeting at Cafe Kili on east Fowler Avenue at 1:00 p.m.

Kathryn Starkey, a Republican candidate for House District 45, will be collecting petitions on Saturday. Her volunteers will be meeting at Starbucks at the corner of Hwy. 19 and Curlew at 9:30 am. By the way, Starkey will be hosting a fundraiser at Mezzaluna Italian Restaurant, 5749 Main Street, New Port Richey. The event begins at 5:30 p.m.
