Flowers combined for 395 yards Friday night to lead USF to a 52-45 win over the previously 22nd-ranked Midshipmen. Flowers passed for 219 yards and ran for 176. He accounted for four touchdowns.
Flowers has been named as this week’s Sunshine State Award winner.
