Report: BP will plug Gulf of Mexico oil leak in two weeks

According to several reports, the devastating BP oil leak could be contained a fortnight ahead of schedule, it was claimed yesterday. Engineers said the gushing well in the Gulf of Mexico might be shut off in two weeks. Capitol News Service is reporting that Visit Florida will soon be out of the advertising money BP gave the state tourism agency to spread the word that most of Florida’s coast is still open for business.
